About Cotswold Pub Tours
Cotswold Pub Tours is run by the father and son team of Steve and Roger. Both of us were born and bred in the area, and are knowledgeable about both the area and its pubs. We look forward to passing on this knowledge to you during your tour.
Our tours differ from the average Cotswold tour in several ways. First and foremost, as our name suggests, we specialise in tours to traditional Cotswold pubs as opposed to more general tours of the Cotswolds. However, our daytime routes are carefully selected to allow you to take in the breathtaking Cotswold scenery, which Roger will be on hand to inform you about as Steve drives you from one village to the next in our multi-purpose vehicle. We would of course be happy to arrange more general tours of the Cotswolds on request.
Soak up the atmosphere in buildings which have stood for centuries. Sample locally brewed ale as you feel the warmth of the roaring log fire. Or, if the weather is more favourable, sit outside in the pub garden and take in stunning views across the Cotswold countryside.
What is more, whereas many tours will only take you to the better-known places, we also venture to lesser-known, but no less picturesque, locations.
There are several different routes available for you to choose from, or, if you prefer, we will gladly arrange a route tailored to your requirements. We usually look to accommodate up to six people (be they individuals or groups) on each tour, which allows us to respond to individual requests and answer any questions you may have along the way. However, we are also able to conduct tours for larger groups on request, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like us to arrange such a tour for you.
